We thank you for your interest in our website (the “website”). As the operator of this website, it is our key concern to make your visit as enjoyable and secure as possible.

Next to a comfortable and efficient usability of our website, we consider the protection of your personal data to be a top priority, most notably protecting your privacy when collecting and processing your personal data. That’s the reason why, even if we only collect and process a very small amount of personal data, we always abide by any national or supranational data privacy laws and regulations.

When visiting our website, our server automatically receives information about the browser used on your hardware device. The following information can therefore be saved automatically, but only temporarily, on a logfile:

  • date and time of your visit,
  • name and URL of the accessed file,
  • IP address coming from your hardware device,
  • website from which access occurs.

All such data, in addition to using it for system-security analysis, is collected and used in order to guarantee a technically sound network infrastructure and connection to and the best possible use of our website. An identification of individuals based thereon is not possible.

In order to tailor our website to your needs and for continuous optimization of the site, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, Inc., which creates pseudonymized user profiles, data that can stored also in the USA. Your personal data is however not transferred to any third party.

Furthermore, when voluntarily using the contact-form on our website, you are required to enter the following Information:

  • company name,
  • first- and last name,
  • a valid e-mail address,
  • a message,
  • a valid phone number (optional in case you wish us to call you back)

The reasons for the collection of the above-mentioned data is to be able to identify you as the requestor and to answer your voluntary request timely, properly and by way of the desired route of communication. In the event that after your initial contact, no business collaboration materializes with us, your data in question will automatically be deleted no later than within three months.

All personal data that you provide us with is received using the generally accepted and secure SSL standard (Secure Socket Layer). We also take suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your retained personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or – access. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological development.

Nonetheless, you have a right to get informed about which of your personal data we hold. Also, you have the right to have your personal data revoked, rectified, transferred and/or deleted. You can claim these rights with us by contacting us under
